    LinkedIn (Business Tricks & Consulting) and TikTok (new; exploring brand environments).
  2. How do you manage to stay professionally and personally connected despite the distance?
    Video calls, phone calls and social media
  3. Since Corona, no day has been the same, and decisions made yesterday may not matter today. How do you motivate yourself daily?
    Responsibility towards colleagues, consumers, family, and sometimes friends.
  4. How will the Corona crisis influence your work environment long term?
    New perspectives on “modern work,” and I am viewing the trust given to me by employers and employees during the Corona crisis positively.
  5. Do you think Germany needed Corona to advance digital transformation?
    “Needed” is a difficult word, but I believe it significantly accelerated the process.
  6. Who is your “hidden champion” in the Corona crisis?
    Hidden champions are companies that prioritized employee safety and, in some cases, sacrificed revenues.
  7. Is Corona still a dominant topic for you, or are issues like #blacklivesmatters, Trump, or the next vacation more important?
    Dominant topic. Corona is not “over,” even if it may seem so in some places. It will continue to impact our personal lives and the economy in the long run.
  8. Do you think Corona has made you and all of us more critical?
    Yes, and it’s also the right way. Many people had time to reflect on themselves and political issues.
  9. Do you believe brands/companies should react to these issues now, or is it better to ignore them?
    It depends on the company and its stance. Not every company is suited to carry a credible stance on these issues.
  10. Your tip to stay afloat during Corona
    Utilize the time wisely and optimally for personal growth (continuous learning, completing pending tasks, and appreciating time and space).
