Top creatives Jonas Keller and Constantin Sossidi are joining forces with Hamburg-based media company Weischer to launch a new kind of creative agency: THE RANCH. By seamlessly connecting creation, media, data, and AI, THE RANCH delivers holistic communication solutions right from the start.
Award-winning creatives Jonas Keller and Constantin Sossidi are launching a creative agency together with media group Weischer that is unlike anything currently on the market. THE RANCH combines creative excellence with integrated media planning, data-driven insights, and artificial intelligence. Strategic planning, creative development, and data analysis are brought together in a fully integrated approach, with media and creation considered jointly from the very beginning. The aim is to increase efficiency, relevance, and impact in brand communication.
To achieve this, strategists, creatives, and analysts work closely together from the outset. They analyze consumer and media behavior, leverage artificial intelligence, and develop targeted creative ideas based on those insights. “Today, brands win by being intelligently connected. When we align creation, media, and data, we generate ideas with real impact,” says Constantin Sossidi. “Even the best idea is worthless if it doesn’t reach the right people at the right moment,” adds Jonas Keller.
With support from the Weischer Group, THE RANCH has access to a powerful, connected media ecosystem. The Hamburg-based media company, with 500 employees, brings decades of experience in digital, cinema, TV, (D)OOH, social, in-game, and retail media. Campaigns are strategically planned using geodata, media usage, media data, and market research—and optimized through AI. Weischer has also been the official representative of the Cannes Lions in Germany for around 30 years, reflecting its deep commitment to creative excellence. “THE RANCH combines the creative strength of Jonas and Constantin with Weischer’s deep media and data expertise,” says Udo Schendel, Chief Investment Officer at Weischer.
Jonas Keller brings over 25 years of experience from leading agencies such as Jung von Matt, Scholz & Friends, and Philipp und Keuntje. He has led numerous award-winning campaigns for brands like Mercedes-Benz, Edeka, Saturn, Opel, and Golden Toast, as well as for social initiatives such as Hinz&Kunzt and Laut gegen Nazis. His work for Mercedes-Benz earned him a Grand Prix in Cannes, along with numerous other national and international creative awards. His campaigns for Laut gegen Nazis (Cannes Gold) and Hinz&Kunzt (Cannes Silver) have also received multiple accolades.
Constantin Sossidi is likewise a highly acclaimed creative with deep expertise in technology, media logic, and brand dynamics. He began his career at Springer & Jacoby working for Mercedes-Benz and later shaped the branding of Volkswagen and Porsche for many years at Grabarz & Partner. Most recently, he led the creative direction for brewery Veltins at thjnk for nearly eight years. He is considered the driving force behind the standout beer brand “Pülleken,” which he developed from positioning through to cross-media implementation.
As founders and majority shareholders, Jonas Keller and Constantin Sossidi are bringing their extensive expertise and networks to the new venture. Also on the management board is Udo Schendel, Chief Investment Officer at Weischer.
