Hamburg, January 9, 2023 – The Hamburg-based media agency Weischer is expanding its group of shareholders. As of January 1, Stephanie Woesler, Chief People Officer (CPO) and Managing Director at Weischer, has become a new shareholder. As a managing shareholder, she will now be responsible for human resources and organizational development within the board. This will be done in close collaboration with other shareholders, including Florian Weischer, Marcus Weischer, Moritz Weischer, Stefan Kuhlow, Udo Schendel, and Frank Kokalj.
“We are very pleased that Stephanie is a new shareholder,” says Florian Weischer. “This shows that at Weischer, we attach strategic importance to the people aspect, and we want to boost the potential of female leadership.”
Stephanie Woesler’s declared goal is to further develop the attractiveness of Weischer as an employer and to provide all employees with an increasingly flexible working environment. This includes, for example, the freedom of working in mobile office and the possibility to work abroad for up to 30 days annually. Additionally, starting this year, there is a variable holiday model for employees, allowing for holidays between six and seven weeks per year. “We take people and the issues that matter to them seriously,” says Stephanie Woesler. “We work every day to ensure that Weischer remains a synonym for an attractive and future-oriented working environment.”
Stephanie Woesler, born in 1976, has been with Weischer since 2018. She started as the Head of Personnel Development, was appointed as a member of the management board two years later, and became the Chief People Officer. Before joining Weischer, she worked as an HR expert at Tchibo and Deutsche Post.
